Congratulations to Our First Batch of Graduated Scholars!2017-03-20

We are pleased to announce that 2 of our Landmark Scholarship Recipients have officially graduated from Yeungnam University, on February 22, 2017.

The Landmark Scholarship Program (LSP) was established in 2014 to promote capacity building in the forestry sector in ASEAN Member States (AMS) by providing opportunities for higher education in the ROK.

As part of the prioneer batch of the LSP, Mr. Neab Keng and Mr. Vo Trung Kien completed their dissertations on “Community-Based Monitoring of Deforestation and Forest degradation in Cambodia’s REDD+ Pilot Projects”, and “Impact of Local Livelihood Activities on Mangroves and Sustainable Forest Management in Bac Lieu Province, Viet Nam” respectively.

We are also very grateful to the Supervising Professors and staff of Yeungnam University for all their support and dedication.
